Amy works with individuals, couples, children, and teens, and provides a supportive and grounded space to help you navigate challenging life transitions or past life events that are impacting your day-to-day quality of your life.
When we've experienced challenging childhoods, trauma in our adult lives, or even challenges in daily life, it's difficult to find a sense of self-regulation - meaning feeling grounded, present, and alive in our bodies. Therapy is a great way to get support in navigating the daily challenges of life, but also the bigger and more long-term struggles.
Amy offers supportive, practical, and gentle guidance to help you move through challenging emotions and major life transitions in order to come back to yourself, a felt sense of your body, and your own deep knowing.
You have a natural blueprint of health, wholeness, and wellness that is always available to you. You also possess an innate capacity to heal, and to go through change and transition with ease. Therapy can help you tap into your natural blueprint of health, your own inner guidance and your core, embodied self.
